At COPIC Markers, we want you to be fully satisfied with your creative tools. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the unused markers or accessories in their original box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the package.
Ship the Items
Send your return to our warehouse using a trackable shipping method; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
